MK20 Scarf PDF
Designed by Robyne Conway of minimal knits | DESIGNED
I like scarves that can be made with just 100g of gorgeous 4ply yarn, that look clever and elegant, but are simple and quick to knit. MK#20 is a boomerang shape with a zigzag edge and all garter stitch.
I've made scarves with this sort of edge before and been disappointed that the triangles sometimes don’t lie neatly when I put the scarf on without being in front of a mirror. So I had the idea of adding a tiny bit of weight (and subtle bling) to the corners by knitting beads into the zigzag tips. It's very easy to do and the pattern includes detailed instructions as well as hints on choosing beads for knitting. Even without beads the scarf will still be lovely!
