By popular request, I am thrilled to announce the ‘Norwegian Fir Set’ which I am sure will become as popular as the matching cardigan (Norwegian Fir Cardigan P109).

The Romper and Nappy Cover are knitted in two pieces on straight needles, with minimal seaming. The hat is worked in the round. The pattern is written out in full to suit the intermediate knitter.

SKILL LEVEL Intermediate

MATERIALS REQUIRED

2 balls BWM 8ply Classic or Luxury for complete set, all sizes

One pair 3.75mm (US 5 : UK 9) straight needles (romper and nappy cover)

One pair 3.75mm (US 5 : UK 9) short circular needles (hat)

Stitch holders | 5 x buttons for romper| Stitch markers

60cm elastic x12mm wide for nappy cover (or long enough ribbon to go around waist and tie in a bow)

SPECIFICATIONS

TENSION 22 stitches x 40 rows over 10cm (4 in) square, worked in garter stitch on 3.75 mm (US 5) needles.
