This simple little top down cardigan is a treat to knit. Has a very easy cable pattern running down the front which gives the effect of falling willow leaves. This pattern has two versions, one for sleeves knitted in the round, and the other for sleeves knitted flat. Classified as suitable for the Advanced beginner / Intermediate knitter who can handle a simple cable pattern.

SKILL LEVEL Intermediate

MATERIALS REQUIRED BWM Classic 5ply x 1-2 balls (see below)

3.5 mm (US 4) circular needles 41 cm (16 in) in length
You may need the longer length circulars for the larger sizes.
One set 3.5 mm (US 4) double-pointed needles if working sleeves in the round.
One pair 3. 5 mm (US 4) straight needles if working sleeves flat.
5 [5 : 6 : 6 : 6] [7 : 7 : 7 : 7] buttons
