Techniques you'll be employing - increasing and decreasing, keeping rib pattern correct, picking up stitches.
4 ply: 28 sts and 40 rows to 10cm over rib pattern (slightly stretched) using 3.25mm needles.
8 ply: 22 sts and 32 rows to 10cm over rib pattern (slightly stretched) using 3.75mm needles.
4 ply: any of our 4 ply yarns, like Luxury 4 ply or Cotton 4 ply.
8 ply: any of our 8 ply yarns, like Cotton 8 ply or Party Mix 8 ply.
3.25mm pair needles, or circular (4 ply). 3.75mm pair needles, or circular (8 ply). A stitch holder for the shoulder straps may be helpful but is not essential.
